Incorporated in 1965, Wheeldon Brothers is an established family business now being run by the second generation of Wheeldons. We are renowned for providing an excellent and reliable service.

We cover Rossendale, Greater Manchester, most of Lancashire and parts of Yorkshire.

We have two licenced transfer stations in Bury and Royton, with weighbridge and tipping facilities at both sites. Charges are by weight and the type of waste tipped.

We can provide a range of different waste containers, which include:

Builders Skips - 8 to 16 yd skips
Eurobins - 660 & 1100 litre
REL (Rear End Loader) Skips - 14 cu. yd.
Roll on/off Skips - 20 or 40 cu. yd.

We have no hidden costs, we do not charge for :

1. Duty of care notes
2. Excess fuel charges
3. Copying our waste carrier licence
4. We do not ask for payment in advance
5. Extra charges for emptying on a Saturday or over the Christmas Period (unless we obtain prior approval by the customer).

We can deliver and collect the same day and provide a 24 hour service.

Our drivers have all been trained to a high standard in health and safety and are CITB qualified. Some are also ADR qualified, thus allowing the transportation of hazardous waste. We are licenced to remove and transport all types of waste including Special Waste (Section 62) e.g. asbestos, certain inks and paints. We can also remove oil and contaminated food which needs deep burial.
